1. Who we are

TextMN (text.mn) is a text message service operated by ATLIS ONLINE LLC (formerly ATLIS Investments LLC), 3300 Hamilton Mill Road, STE 102 #270, Buford, GA 30519.

2. What we collect

• Your mobile number and the date, time and keyword of your opt-in (your consent record).
• What you tell us: the nickname you pick, the first name or city you give Texa, and your settings (for example your Daily time).
• Your messages to TextMN and our replies, so the service works (game state, menus, where you are in a flow).
• Talk with Texa notes: if you chat with Texa, short notes about what you share (for example "has a dog named Biscuit") so she can remember you. We never save phone numbers, addresses, passwords, account numbers or health details as notes. Text MEMORY to see them and FORGET to delete them anytime.
• Voice calls with Texa (paid plans, when available): call time used and a transcript of the call, so Texa can remember the conversation.
• Approximate location worked out from your area code (city or region only, never GPS).
• Basic website data when you visit text.mn, such as standard server logs.

3. How we use it

• To run the service: replying, keeping game and menu state, sending The Daily you asked for.
• To personalize messages (your name, your city, holiday greetings).
• To send limited check-ins if you have been away (respecting quiet hours and STOP).
• To choose which short sponsored line, if any, to show at the end of a free session. Targeting uses only general info like area code, time of day and category. Advertisers never receive your number or your messages.
• To keep the community safe (abuse detection, strikes) and to meet legal and carrier requirements.

4. What we share

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages. We share data only:

• With service providers that help us operate TextMN (for example our SMS delivery provider and hosting), under contracts that limit use to providing the service.
• When you use Talk with Texa, your messages and Texa's notes about you are sent to our AI provider to write her replies, and voice calls go through our calling and text-to-speech providers. They may use this only to provide the service to us.
• When required by law, or to protect users, the public or the service.
• As part of a merger or sale of the business, under this same policy.

Pals and other users see only your nickname. Your phone number is never shown to other users.

5. How long we keep it

• Message content and game history: up to 12 months, then deleted or anonymized.
• Opt-in and opt-out records: kept for as long as the law and carrier rules require (generally up to 5 years) so we can prove consent and honor STOP.
• Profile (nickname, name, city): until you ask us to delete it, or 12 months after your last activity.
• Talk with Texa notes: until you text FORGET, ask us to delete them, or 12 months after your last activity. Each person has at most 50.

6. Your choices

• Text STOP at any time to stop all messages.
• Email info@atl.is to see, correct or delete your data. We keep only the minimum record needed to honor your opt-out.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and restricted admin access. No system is perfectly secure.

8. Children

TextMN is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the service, email us and we will delete the data.

9. Changes

We will post updates on this page and change the date at the top.
