SMS Program Terms

1. The program

Program name: TextMN (text.mn), operated by ATLIS ONLINE LLC (formerly ATLIS Investments LLC) ("we", "us").

What it is: an interactive text message service. You play text games (such as Hangman, Tic Tac Toe and trivia), get "The Daily" (a quote, joke or tip), set up a nickname profile and connect with pals, all over standard SMS. Our guide character is Texa.

2. How you join

You join by texting GO or START to (470) 750-8398. We text you only after you text us first. By texting a keyword you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from TextMN at the number you texted from. You will get a confirmation message that repeats these terms.

3. What you will receive and how often

• Replies to the messages you send (menus, game turns, answers).
• The Daily, if you turn it on, at the time you choose.
• Occasional check-ins if you have not texted in a while (no more than 3 per inactive period, never between 9 PM and 9 AM your local time).
• On the free plan, a short sponsored line at the end of a session.

Message frequency varies depending on how much you play and the features you turn on.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply to messages you send and receive. The basic TextMN service is free. Optional paid plans, if offered, will be described clearly before you buy, and buying is never required to use the free service.

5. Keywords: STOP, HELP, START

• STOP (also END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL): you are unsubscribed right away. We send one final message confirming it and then nothing more.
• HELP: we reply with support info. You can also email info@atl.is.
• START or GO: rejoin after you have opted out.

Inside the service, mm opens the menu and bb goes back.

6. Who can use TextMN

TextMN is intended for users 18 or older. You must be the account holder of the mobile number or have the account holder's permission.

7. Community rules

Other users see only your nickname, never your phone number. Do not send harassing, hateful, sexual, threatening or illegal content, or try to collect other users' personal information. We use a three-strike system: the first strike is a warning, the second locks your account for 24 hours, and the third permanently blocks the number. Strikes expire one at a time after 90 days without a new one. We may remove anyone at any time for serious abuse.

7a. Talk with Texa

Talk with Texa is a conversation with an AI companion, not a person. Texa is not a counselor, therapist, doctor, lawyer or financial advisor, and nothing she says is professional advice. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). In an emergency, call 911. Romantic or sexual chat is not allowed. Daily chat limits and, on paid plans, monthly voice call minutes apply. Text MEMORY to see what Texa remembers and FORGET to erase it.

8. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change at any time.

9. Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and ending the service

We may update these terms or change or end the program. If a change materially affects you, we will post it here and, where appropriate, tell you by text. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

TextMN is provided for entertainment "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Content in The Daily is for fun and general information only.
